Certified Prosthetist Orthotist

Position Summary We are looking for a full‑time Clinician to join our team in West Houston, TX. The Clinician will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell®. The role focuses on evaluation, treatment, and relationship building with families in a pediatric outpatient setting. Responsibilities Evaluate infants for plagiocephaly and ear shape abnormalities. Provide treatment using DOC Band® and EarWell® devices. Educate and support families throughout the treatment process. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while minimizing paperwork. Preferred Backgrounds Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development. Registered Nurses experienced in hands‑on patient care and family compassion. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists and Certified Orthotists with direct patient care experience. Qualifications Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists (required). Pediatric experience is a plus. Pay is dependent on the applicant's tenure and relevant experience. The position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises.
