Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $1,974 per week in Sierra Vista, AZ

Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
Document patient progress and clinical notes using the facility's EMR system (Redoc)
Float to additional units as needed, including Medical-Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license

valid in the state of Arizona or eligibility to obtain
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Ability to float to Medical-Surgical and Acute Rehabilitation units as required
Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to electronic medical record systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an outpatient therapy setting
Familiarity with Redoc EMR
Experience in acute rehabilitation or medical-surgical environments
