Iris Telehealth is seeking a PMHNP licensed in New York to provide care to patients in an outpatient Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) setting for 40 hours per week. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners, expanding access to quality care. You'll be able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry, neurology, and psychology, and be supported by an experienced administrative teamso you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

About the Role

• Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient CCBHC in New York
• Schedule: 40 hours/week | Flexible (8 or 10 hour shifts) within business hours of 7:00 AM 7:00 PM EST
• Patient Population: Ages 5+ (approximately 50% children/adolescents, 50% adults)
• Acuity: Full spectrum
• Appointments:
  • 90 minutes for initial evaluations (children/adolescents)
  • 60 minutes for initial evaluations (adults)
  • 30 minutes for follow-up visits (all ages)

• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive behavioral health services across all age groups and acuity levels.
• No on-call duties required!

Qualifications:

• Proven prescribing experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• An active PMHNP-BC license in the state of New York is required
• Availability (40 hours per week) during EST business hours
• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
• Telehealth experience preferred (experience using EMR systems a plus!)
• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
