Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Title Automotive Sales Consultant – Mobility Specialist Location Goodyear, AZ Compensation Base hourly rate with variable compensation. Training stipend is available for the first 6 months up to $64,500. Earnings can exceed the training salary through hourly rate plus commission and bonuses. Responsibilities Within the first 30 days: learn the financial side of the business, the sales process, and the benefits of the company’s products; shadow other sales reps; familiarize yourself with company procedures, documentation, and tasks. Within the first 60 days and ongoing: provide the best customer experience through a team effort; prospect new clients weekly using networking, lunch ‘n learns, and other sales methods; develop sales goals with the store manager/general manager and an action plan for the next 90 days. Within the first 90 days and ongoing: self‑manage performance to meet monthly sales goals with a minimum of 3 van sales per month; establish and maintain client relationships during and after the sales process; fully educate customers about vehicles and mobility products using the Feature‑Advantage‑Benefit sales process; maintain detailed intakes, financing information, and deal sheets to ensure all parts and equipment are added. Within the first 6 months and ongoing: develop prospect sheets, generate volume, and handle volume; maintain membership and regularly attend events in clubs or organizations related to the physically challenged (e.g., MS Society, ALS, Paralyzed Veterans); attend trade shows, expos, tournaments, and other community events that promote the company; meet individual sales goals. Within the first 12 months and ongoing: become completely independent, make higher‑accountability decisions based on cost/revenue, handle higher volume of sales, prospects and leads; self‑manage performance to meet monthly sales goals with 7+ van sales per month. Qualifications 3+ years of proven sales experience in automotive vehicle sales, business development, or medical/health sales. Proficient computer skills – databases, Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office equipment. Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record. Proven experience in mobility sales or the mobility industry and knowledge of the needs of individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. Background in automotive, power sports, or equipment dealership is a plus. Benefits Competitive base hourly rate with variable compensation plan.
