Print Project Manager/Customer Service

Job Description Job Summary Manage custom print, packaging, signage, and promotional product orders from quote through final delivery. Coordinate projects with customers, sales staff, production, and outside vendors to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. This position is being hired to cover an employee onleave. It is a full-time, in-office position with the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and individual performance. Qualifications Proactive and takes initiative without waiting for direction Takes ownership of projects and follows through to completion Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate next steps Experience in the Graphic Communications, Printing, or Promotional Products industry preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 45 pounds Responsibilities Support sales staff by coordinating order production and fulfillment Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication Develop and maintain strong customer relationships Manage jobs from estimate request through production, shipping, and final delivery Prepare and process estimates, orders, purchase orders, and shipping arrangements Communicate promptly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding quotes, requests, schedules, and order status Work closely with sales, administration, production staff, vendors, and customers to meet specifications and deadlines Advise customers on materials, production methods, and strategies to achieve desired outcomes Enter accurate information into job tickets, purchase orders, and production systems Maintain awareness of the status of all assigned projects and proactively address potential issues Anticipate upcoming project needs, such as preparing mailing lists, scheduling outside services, or coordinating buyout vendors Resolve customer concerns promptly and keep customers informed throughout the process Progress approved estimates into production jobs upon receipt of customer purchase orders Manage buyout vendors and monitor timelines to ensure commitments are met Assist with daily shipping coordination and logistics The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or change duties and responsibilities at any time.
