Creative Director & Producer

We are looking for a Creative Director & Producer to level up our brand visuals and enhance our brand storytelling. You will act as both strategist and operator, leading the creative vision and execution to drive growth and improve brand affinity. This is a very hands-on role, overseeing creative direction and bringing the brand to life across owned touchpoints, most notably organic social. The ideal candidate must have a clear idea of the BetterWild brand, a strong interest in pet health, and a desire to work on everything from short form social content to documentary films to integrated marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Take the reins of our brand design, creating a brand book and suite of visual assets that can be leveraged across marketing channels (short form ads, email marketing, web design, etc.) Define and enforce brand guidelines, creating an ownable look and feel, tone of voice, photographic direction, etc. Develop a content roadmap for owned channels, most notably organic social feeds Work closely with internal teams and freelancers to ensure brand guidelines adapt to the wide variety of touchpoints Manage on-going creative shoots to efficiently capture content, including packaging visuals and lifestyle content; organize shoots, including budgets, casting, props, and deliverables Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as an Associate Creative Director, Creative Director, or Producer A portfolio of creative work, for which you were primarily responsible Strong attention to detail and high standards Experience bringing ideas from concept through final execution, working with both internal and external teams to do so Culturally tapped in and media savvy; you have a pulse on the latest discourse and are on top of the latest social media trends Demonstrated experience growing a social audience (either your own or that of a brand or influencer) Must love dogs - even better if you have one (or more)! #J-18808-Ljbffr BetterWild
