Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team. The CT Tech will be responsible for performing computed tomography scans on patients, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for CT scans, explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns.
• Operate computed tomography equipment to capture images as per physician's orders.
• Ensure proper positioning of patients and accurate settings for each scan.
• Maintain patient safety protocols and monitor patients during procedures.
• Review and evaluate images for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Radiologic Technologist license or certification in the state of practice.
• ARRT certification in CT preferred.
• Experience performing CT scans in a clinical setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
