Phlebotomy Team Lead

Role Overview: The Phlebotomy Team Lead is responsible for supervising a team of phlebotomists across multiple sites, performing specimen collections, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide coverage, travel to various sites, and perform phlebotomy duties Supervise and train phlebotomy staff, conduct performance observations, and complete assessments Perform site inspections, monitor patient flow, inventory, and logs Address customer service issues promptly and professionally Coordinate scheduling and promote effective team communication Perform all duties of a phlebotomist and site coordinator as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency 3+ years of clinical/hospital phlebotomy experience (preferred) Ability to work in fast-paced environments and pass a color blindness test Valid driver's license with a clean record; flexibility for overtime Exceptional customer service, strong communication, and independent work skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Northshore Home Health Care
