Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Travel LPN

Schedule: EOW and every other holiday. 12 or 13-week assignments. No 12-hour shifts.

Assignment Details: Start date: ASAP.

Requirements

Licensed as an RN or LPN.
Preferred experience in relevant specialty area.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
Collaborate with healthcare team in developing patient care plans.
Assist in the management of patient health records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Observe and report patient changes to the healthcare team.
