Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Groundskeepers to help maintain outdoor areas and ensure the property remains clean, safe, and well-presented. This role involves physical outdoor work in various weather conditions and is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor grounds.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain landscaped areas.
• Water plants, shrubs, and grass as needed.
• Assist with setting up and removing outdoor equipment.
• Sweep sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors for extended periods.
