SugaringLA was founded to provide clients with an elevated, more effective treatment for hair removal, and is now set to upend the beauty industry. Using all natural, organic products, sugaringLA uses the traditional method of sugaring to remove hair with a modern twist. We value care and are looking for a Licensed Esthetician that can contribute and foster this value each day in our studio. We are looking for Licensed Estheticians to join us!

We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician who has beauty industry experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of skin care education and client experience. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

Required Skills of a Sugarist:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Sugarist training or Sugarist experience required
• 1+ years as a Licensed Esthetician
• Customer service focused, cares for clients
• Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Can follow detailed instructions and take feedback to foster growth and potential

Responsibilities:

• Master sugaringLA’s Smart Sugaring Technique
• Learn and become proficient in our scheduling software and studio procedures
• Educate clients on Earthly Care memberships, pre/post skin care routines utilizing Earthly Care products, and other sugaringLA sugaring services. 
• Help maintain a clean and inviting studio treatment room and environment
• Create new clientele through sugaringLA’s referral programs
