Copy Supervisor Responsibilities :
- Lead creation of promotional content tailored for healthcare professionals across print and digital platforms.
- Develop messaging frameworks, campaign ideas, and integrated communication strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, medical, and account teams to maintain alignment and quality.
- Present creative concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
- Convert complex scientific data into engaging, compliant brand messaging.
Copy Supervisor Qualifications :
- 8-10+ years of agency experience specializing in pharmaceutical advertising.
- Proven expertise in leading brand initiatives and mentoring creative teams.
- Extensive experience crafting content for healthcare professionals.
- Strong leadership in managing multiple campaigns and stakeholder relationships.
- Demonstrated success overseeing projects from conception to implementation.
