Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Summary


We are seeking a Production Operator to join our growing manufacturing team on 2nd Shift . The Production Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring chemical processing equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of chemical products used in industrial and aerospace applications.


This role is ideal for candidates with experience as a Production Operator, Chemical Process Operator, Chemical Operator, Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Process Technician, Plant Operator, or Industrial Production Worker .


The successful candidate will follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while assisting with production operations, packaging, equipment monitoring, documentation, and preventative maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Support the manufacturing, processing, packaging, and quality control of chemical products used in industrial and aerospace applications.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures, environmental policies, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, operational logs, and required documentation.
• Assist with equipment inspections and routine maintenance activities.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, as needed.
• Collaborate with production team members to optimize manufacturing processes and maintain productivity goals.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational concerns to supervisors.
• Follow established quality standards and production procedures.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant technical training, vocational education, or industry-related coursework preferred.
• Prior experience as a Chemical Process Operator, Production Technician, Chemical Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Process Operator, or similar industrial production role is highly desirable.
