Lead supply chain operations for a precision aerospace manufacturing operation in Everett, WA. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who brings strong supply chain or procurement experience, understands ERP/MRP systems, and enjoys improving processes, material flow, and supplier performance.

This established aerospace manufacturer produces precision metallic parts and assemblies for the aerospace industry, supporting highly regulated manufacturing operations. The company emphasizes continuous learning, leadership development, operational excellence, and long-term employee growth.

Job Type: Full-time, Direct hire.

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory control, and logistics activities supporting production.
• Manage 4 direct reports, including 2 supervisors overseeing purchasing and logistics teams.
• Improve material flow, shortage management, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and planning discipline.
• Maintain ERP/MRP data integrity and improve processes that increase material visibility and planning accuracy.
• Identify supply chain issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable process improvements.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard day shift hours

Pay: $130,000 - $175,000 annually

Supply Chain Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment with years of proven manufacturing leadership experience.
• Aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing experience
• Strong ERP/MRP experience with demonstrated ability to improve planning and data accuracy.
• Experience managing suppliers, including local and international suppliers, and negotiating contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred, but open to candidates with equivalent relevant experience.
