If you are resilient, detail-oriented, and driven , we encourage you to apply. Office Operations Manager Overview Oversee the daily operations, growth, and success of Twin Cities Physicians. Travel to and meet with existing and prospective partner communities and facilities. Serve as a key liaison between providers, communities, and internal operations. Support operational functions including employee reviews, performance tracking, and handling confidential information. Assist with onboarding and training providers, including EMR and internal systems. Contribute insight to improve service experience, communication, and efficiency. Identify workflow gaps across office and field operations and implement solutions. Assist with light sales and relationship-building efforts to support growth. Create and manage provider schedules, including on-call coverage. Communicate schedule updates and changes to appropriate communities. Organize and lead internal meetings and support team alignment. Office Operations Manager Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, operations, administration, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, communications, or related field preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with providers and community partners. Prior experience in office or operations management preferred. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems . Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. High level of professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
