About the Role:
Pikes Peak Indian Motorcycle LLC is looking for a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our passionate team in Colorado Springs, CO. If you live and breathe motorcycles and want to turn your expertise into a career at one of the most iconic brands in the industry, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Indian Motorcycle models
- Conduct routine inspections, oil changes, tire replacements, and tune-ups
- Diagnose and repair electrical, engine, and drivetrain issues
- Complete warranty repairs in accordance with Indian Motorcycle manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain accurate service records and document all work performed
- Communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly to service advisors and customers
- Keep the shop workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a motorcycle technician or powersports technician required
- Familiarity with Indian Motorcycle, Victory, or similar V-twin platforms preferred
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and mechanical repair
- Ability to use diagnostic software and shop tools effectively
- MMI, UTI, or equivalent technical certification is a plus
- Valid motorcycle endorsement or ability to obtain one
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and a team player
