Insurance Sales Representative
Kevin Bohlig State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Edina, MN. This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and earning based on performance. If you have a strong sales background and a desire to build a career in insurance, we would like to hear from you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary: $45,000 annually
- Total earning potential: $45,000$120,000+ annually, including bonuses and commissions.
- PTO / vacation time.
- Staff lunches provided every workday.
- Opportunity to grow your income through sales performance.
What You'll Do
- Help customers identify insurance coverage that fits their needs.
- Generate new business through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
- Develop leads into new customer opportunities.
- Present insurance products and recommend coverage solutions.
- Work toward sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the agency's growth.
This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing business.
What We're Looking For
- Strong sales ability and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
- Candidates without a current insurance license are welcome to apply but must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license.
- We will train someone with a strong sales background and willingness to learn!
- State Farm experience is a plus.
- A willingness to develop professionally and contribute to a successful team.
