We are seeking 20 reliable Exam Proctors to support a large-scale testing event. If you're detail-oriented, dependable, and available for a one-day assignment with paid training, we want to hear from you immediately!

Position Details

Job Title: Exam Proctor
Pay Rate: $21.31/hour
Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM
Event Date: Saturday, July 11
Location: On-site (parking reimbursement available)

What You'll Do

• Monitor candidates during testing sessions.
• Ensure exam integrity and prevent unauthorized activities.
• Watch for use of cell phones, notes, or other prohibited materials.
• Follow testing procedures and security protocols.
• Assist with maintaining a professional and distraction-free testing environment.
• Support testing staff to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Schedule

• Arrival Time: 6:45 AM
• Students Arrive: 7:30 AM
• Expected End Time: Approximately 2:00 PM (may extend to 3:00 PM if testing accommodations are required)

Training

• Paid training provided prior to the event
• Training duration is approximately 1–2 hours
• Candidates will also receive a brief overview document to review before the assignment

Requirements

• Must register and complete a background check by Friday
• Professional, reliable, and attentive
• Able to remain alert and observant for extended periods
• Comfortable enforcing testing rules and procedures
• Available for paid training and the full event shift

Dress Code

• Comfortable, professional attire

Parking Information

• Parking will be reimbursed/validated.
• Suggested parking location is the garage across the street via SpotHero.
• Must keep parking receipt/tab for reimbursement.
