Their platform deploys autonomous, deterministic AI delivery teams to build, test, and ship complete enterprise software projects end-to-end—without developers.

With proven technical validation, paying French enterprise clients, and an institutional capital raise closing this quarter, the company is now establishing its beachhead in the United States .

\n

We are seeking an exceptional marketing strategist to join the company as a Strategic Advisory CMO to help define the US category narrative, shape market positioning that equips sales conversations, and build inbound pipeline alongside founder-led sales.

The Scope of Advisory

\n

\n
• Category Creation & Narrative: Cut through the generic GenAI noise to define a compelling positioning framework that articulates the tangible architectural value of an AI Software Factory to technical enterprise buyers.
\n
• Sales Enablement & Positioning: Refine the core messaging to directly transform how the sales team pitches on the ground, arming them with high-impact collateral, objection-handling narratives, and clear ROI articulation.
\n
• Lean Inbound & Pipeline Generation: Advise the founders on building cost-effective, high-yield inbound pipeline motions that operate seamlessly alongside founder-led and direct enterprise sales.
\n
• Executive Sounding Board: Provide 10 to 20 hours per month of high-leverage strategic guidance, marketing leadership, and GTM advisory ahead of their upcoming institutional funding round.

What We Are Looking For

\n

\n
• Proven 0-to-1 Track Record: First marketing leader or founding Head of Marketing / VP Marketing at an early-stage US B2B tech startup, spanning the Seed to Series B journey.
\n
• Marketing to Technical Buyers: Deep experience crafting messaging, content, and campaigns tailored specifically to software engineers, architects, CTOs, and VPs of Engineering .
\n
• Positioning Impact: A track record of executing strategic positioning work that fundamentally reshaped how the sales team speaks and closes deals.
\n
• Location: Must be based in the United States with deep domestic market familiarity.
\n
• Bonus: Operational experience running or layering in a B2B Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion.
\n

The Upside & Commitment

\n

\n
• Time Commitment: ~10 to 20 hours per month of focused advisory time.
\n
• Equity: 0.25% – 1.0% equity grant vesting over two years, with a small monthly retainer possible.
\n
• Full-Time Transition Potential: For the right operator, this advisory seat has a direct pathway to convert into a full-time, permanent Chief Marketing Officer role once the institutional funding round closes.
