About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary VP of Product to lead its product team and drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning the founder's vision with strategic product roadmaps, mentoring the product management team, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience in managing software products from inception through launch, and a strong background in product management principles, frameworks, and best practices are essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathetic leadership qualities, and a passion for coaching and mentorship. This role requires a proven leader with at least 10 years' of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership position, preferably within a tech startup or fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include driving the product lifecycle, improving shipping velocity and quality, and balancing a data-driven approach with intuition and user insights. The role also involves leading cross-functional teams, improving documentation, and championing a data-driven culture. Experience in crypto and/or developer platforms is highly desirable. A strong emphasis is placed on fostering collaboration, and the candidate should be adept at driving product strategies that are aligned with business goals in a multi-product environment.
