What You'll Do:

• Generate leads, prospect clients, and build lasting customer relationships—all remotely
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to explain insurance products, coverage options, and pricing comparisons
• Provide timely, courteous customer service addressing inquiries about eligibility, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
• Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to your success every day

What You Bring:

• Proven sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred)
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Genuine interest in helping clients manage risks and achieve their goals through insurance and financial products
• Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated
• Must currently hold a valid Property and Casualty license

This position is with an independent State Farm agent, not State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must complete applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Successful completion of the State Farm agent selection process is required for those pursuing agency opportunities.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
