The Call Center Manager oversees a team of 5-10 members, primarily managing outbound and mixed inbound/outbound calls. Reporting directly to Senior Management, this role ensures efficient team performance and high customer service standards during regular weekday hours, with limited travel expectations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead call center team members
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Develop and manage staff scheduling
- Plan and conduct training and development sessions
- Implement quality assurance measures
- Prepare and present performance reports
- Resolve conflicts within the team
- Manage recruitment and onboarding
- Identify and implement process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in call center management
- Associate degree in Management or related field
