People like you!**Job Description****Role:** Electrician**Job Summary:** This role should maximize plant performance and run time through troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment, while upholding all safety rules/regulations and adhering to the IKO values.**Benefits*** Health Insurance (includes teledoc, virtual health, FSA, & other benefits)* Dental Insurance* Vision Insurance* Life Insurance* Health Spending Account* Employee Support and Mental Wellness* Short term disability* 401k Match* Paid vacation* Floating days* Employee Assistance Program* Employee Engagement Events* Awards and Recognition* Tuition Reimbursement* Service Awards* Employee Perks & Discounts**Job Responsibilities*** Install, maintain, and troubleshoot distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and fuse disconnects.* Manage assigned work orders.* Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment.* Work in a team player environment with other maintenance personnel.* Communicate effectively up and down the chain of command.* Work with computers, line drives, and PLCs.* Understand and comply with all safety rules* Comprehend and use technical manuals and schematics.* Organize work area, tools, and parts.* Work with minimal supervision; manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities.**Qualifications*** The position is subject to 24-hour call-out; able to do shift and weekend work.* Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to climb stairs and work in high-up areas.* Knowledge of Safety Systems and their application/use* Minimum of five years of electrical maintenance experience in a plant setting* Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs, and Programming* Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters* Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting using remote HMI* Must be able to work with computer-based maintenance software* Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills**Benefits of Employment:** IKO recognizes that its success is due to the strength of its employees.
