About the Role We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our presence across major social platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, managing social channels, influencer coordination, and helping drive measurable brand growth and sales. The ideal candidate is highly organized, understands modern social media trends, works well under pressure, and knows how to translate content into engagement and conversions while being a strong team player in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities • Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and others) • Plan and execute a consistent content calendar • Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging posts, reels, and short-form videos • Capture product photography and lifestyle content for marketing campaigns • Work with our team to create high-performing visual and video content • Research trends, hashtags, competitor strategies, and viral content opportunities • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy based on results • Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaigns • Communicate with influencers regarding deliverables, timelines, and content approvals • Prepare and send influencer agreements and collaboration contracts • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams in a fast-paced environment • Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Requirements • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video trends • Ability to shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content (Reels / TikTok) • Experience using social media analytics and scheduling tools • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-growing company environment • Strong team player with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to work on-site in Garden Grove, CA Compensation • Competitive base salary based on experience • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to growth and campaign performance • Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding national brand • Hands-on role with direct impact on brand growth and creative direction
