Job Description:

Applicants will work in the GI for Ambulatory Surgery unit managing a variety of GI cases ranging from screening colonoscopies and EGDs to interventional procedures. The role demands advanced GI RN experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist in various GI procedures like colonoscopies, EGDs, motility studies, ERCPs, and EUS's.
• Provide patient care in Outpatient Surgery, Main OR, Emergency Department, and Critical Care areas.
• Floating duties to the Main OR as needed.
• Participate in weeknight and weekend call requirements.

Requirements:

• Advanced GI RN experience required.
• Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), Procedural Sedation experience required.
• Must have not been directly employed by CommonSpirit facilities in the past year unless employed PRN through outside firms.
