Our Talent Acquisition team partners closely with clinical and operational leaders to attract and hire the talent needed to support our clinics, patients, and continued growth. CRH Healthcare is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist – Clinical to provide recruiting support across assigned clinical and field operations positions. You’ll Make an Impact By: Manage recruiting activity for assigned clinical and field operations requisitions. Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, job boards, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels. Conduct structured phone and virtual screens to evaluate experience, qualifications, compensation expectations, schedule availability, geographic alignment, and overall fit. Confirm candidates meet established position requirements before advancing them to hiring leaders. Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs. Prepare concise candidate summaries for hiring leaders. Maintain accurate and timely candidate, requisition, disposition within Paycor and other Talent Acquisition systems. Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-up throughout the recruiting process. Support offer coordination, background checks, reference checks, and onboarding handoffs as assigned. Provide recruiting updates during Talent Acquisition and operational staffing meetings. Partner with operational leaders to validate open positions and recruiting priorities. Support high-volume hiring initiatives and hiring events as needed. Follow established recruiting, documentation, candidate experience, and compliance standards. What You’ll Bring: 2–5 years of recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or Talent Acquisition experience; high-volume recruiting experience. Healthcare, urgent care, medical practice, outpatient healthcare, retail healthcare experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to independently source, screen, and assess candidates. Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities. Strong interviewing, communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication. Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Paycor, Paylocity, Workday, or comparable platforms. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, or similar sourcing tools. Working proficiency with Microsoft 365.
