Logistics Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $23.00 to $25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)
- Coordinate daily pickup & delivery schedules
- Track shipments & assist with resolving delivery issues
- Prepare & manage bills of lading & shipping documents
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with administrative tasks related to logistics & operations
- Pull & stage inventory when needed
- Load & unload trucks during busy periods
- Assist with moving & organizing product throughout the facility
Logistics Coordinator Qualifications:
- Previous logistics, dispatch, transportation, inventory, or supply chain experience
- Strong computer skills & ability to learn new software systems
- Experience with bills of lading and shipping paperwork
- Excellent communication & organization skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive, take-charge attitude & ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50lbs when assisting with inventory and shipments
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
