Precision Transport is Hiring OTR CDL A Flatbed Truck Drivers!

• Weekly Commission Based Pay Starting at 23% of driver's Gross Linehaul and accessorial, with a Max Commission Pay Raise to 25% of the driver's Gross Linehaul and accessorial. 
  • Tiered pay raises (increased percentage) As you develop yourself to pull bigger and more specialized freight your pay will increase. 
• Out 7-10 Days, Home For 2-5 Days (Depending on Loads) 
• Specialized in Oversized Freight - Oversized (Silos/Generators, Control Buildings, Etc.)

Additional CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver Information:

• As an OTR driver you are responsible for safely securing and transporting loads.
• All drivers start out with legal loads and will be trained to haul bigger more intricate freight.
• Training includes reading permits and trip planning, using specialized equipment/trailers and proper load securement methods.  
• As a driver you are responsible for all federal and local laws and regulations including the use of ELD.
• Training will be given on our ELD device as well.
• As an OTR driver you are expected to stay out for extended periods with the exception of emergencies at home. Typically, drivers are away for 7-10 days at a time and will return home for 2-5.
• Days away and days home are based on volume of loads and location.

• Must have a valid CDL A and current medical card.
  • CDL driver's license must be issued in the state of the drivers permanent residence. 
• Must pass a DOT physical exam, agility test and drug screen 
• Must be able to pass road test 
• Must be able to meet physical demands such as, able to sit for a long period of time, must be able to walk, bend, reach, pull, climb, squat, and lift. Example: lifting chains for securement, tarping freight.  
• Must be able to perform outdoors, exposed to extreme weather such as heat and cold for an extended period of time.
