Pay Range:

$45.84 - $68.76

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a RN Manager to join our Surgery Unit's leadership team. The RN Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and outcomes of the assigned nursing unit to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role involves providing leadership, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, institutional policies, and professional standards. The RN Manager serves as a key liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administrative teams to promote seamless communication and operational efficiency. Additionally, this position requires a commitment to staff development, patient satisfaction, and the achievement of organizational goals through effective resource management and strategic planning. The RN Manager will lead by example, maintaining a hands-on approach to address unit-specific challenges and championing initiatives to enhance the patient and staff experience.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.

Experience Qualifications

• 3 years staff nurse (RN) is required.
• 3 years demonstrated leadership experience is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed in state of practice (RN) is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
