Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient care processes. Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes and operational success. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, HIPAA regulations, and quality initiatives. Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Help develop and mentor nursing staff through coaching, education, onboarding, and ongoing professional support. What Makes You a Great Match: Current, unencumbered Louisiana LPN or RN license. Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced cardiovascular or specialty clinic environment. Leadership abilities with experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members. Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Commitment to accurate documentation, patient advocacy, teamwork, and high standards of care. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Experience with EMR systems and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
