Responsibilities Assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, policy & procedure interpretation, day‑to‑day employee relations, record‑keeping/compliance for employee files. Recruitment and selection of exempt and non‑exempt positions by developing effective recruitment strategies. Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable. Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws. Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
