Job Summary: Medical Surgical Floor (MS) Registered Nurse Clarksville, Tennessee. The healthcare provider is seeking candidates for a Med/Surg Float Pool role working 12-hour day shifts. The position supports multiple Med/Surg units and may require floating to the Emergency Room as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days; 12-hour shifts; minimum 36.0 hours per week.
• Orientation/Start Dates: 07/13/2026; 07/20/2026; 07/27/2026 (orientation dates listed as ONLY).
• Responsibilities: Float within Med/Surg units as needed; may float to the Emergency Room as needed. Adapt to varying unit assignments based on staffing needs and established ratios.
• Required Qualifications: Active Tennessee RN license or RN compact eligibility on file at time of submission; Basic Life Support (BLS); minimum 2 years of experience; prior travel experience; able to wear navy scrubs.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Additional Information: There are 5 Med/Surg units the candidates would/could float within. Patient care ratios range from 1:1 to 1:6. Weekend requirement applies (as noted: Pat Pop: 18+ and the unit makes the schedule). Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Cerner.
