Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

About the Hospital
- Inpatient Rehab Hospital
- Stroke, traumatic brain injury, hip fracture, and other complex neurological and orthopedic conditions
- A team of 7 OTs who are willing to support and train
- Supportive and collaborative culture
- 1 hour of documentation set aside daily
- 5-6 patients per day on average
- The average length of stay is 20 days
- 90%+ return to home rate
Incentives/Benefits
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- $3,000/yr in loan forgiveness
- $2,500/year for CEUs
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 4+ weeks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- We are seeking a therapist who truly cares about delivering the best patient care, and is looking for a rewarding career, not just their next job
- Master's or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active license or ability to obtain
- Neuro experience preferred
- Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
- Visa Sponsorship is NOT available
