TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29303!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: LTAC MS Tele Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred; will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis License: Pending license accepted; must obtain before starting Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on first day - Attendance policy in place; more than two shifts missed may lead to contract review Description: LTAC MS/Tele RN needed for night shifts. The ratio of patients is 1:6. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekends may be required as needed. Floating to lower levels of care within the traveler’s skill set is expected based on critical staffing needs. Travelers must include all requests for time off in the initial submission, as late submissions will not be accepted. Candidates must undergo a cardiac dysrhythmia test and a moderate sedation test on the first day of orientation. Failure to pass these tests will result in the inability to continue. Candidates with recent experience using electronic health records are preferred. Staffing includes interdisciplinary support from various services such as physical therapy and respiratory services. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics with conditions such as respiratory failure and sepsis. Special equipment includes mechanical ventilation systems.
