Senior Operations Manager

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for training and developing employees across multiple locations while leading high-priority operational initiatives and special projects. This position serves as a key member of the Gold Key Team, providing hands-on support, operational leadership, and rapid-response assistance to locations as needed. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver training programs for associates and managers on operations, safety, compliance, customer service, and company standards. Coach and mentor managers and emerging leaders to improve performance and leadership capabilities. Lead special projects including new location launches, operational turnarounds, process improvements, and support for underperforming locations. Travel up to 70% as needed, including overnight and extended stays. Quickly assess operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions. Partner with local leadership to improve performance, reinforce policies, and maintain operational standards. Conduct audits, process reviews, and post-project assessments while providing recommendations to senior leadership. Build strong relationships with employees and managers across locations and provide clear, constructive feedback. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent operations/training experience. Experience developing and delivering training programs and leading special projects. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 70%.
