Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Social Worker \n Discipline: Social Work \n Start Date: 09/21/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 40 hours per week \n Shift: 8 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n \n Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2280 \n $500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS \n \n Opportunity: \n Social Worker - Social Worker \n Job Details: \n • Work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional weekend requirements \n • 40 guaranteed hours per week \n • 13-week contract \n • May be low censused and placed on call; call back minimum is 2 hours \n • Work across Med Surg and Critical Care Clusters in all inpatient units using a Layered Model in tandem with RN Team for discharge planning \n • Patient ratio of 8 to 20 patients per day based on acuity \n • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred; Master's Degree required \n • Minimum 1 year of experience in social services and counseling in a hospital acute care setting with a diverse population required \n • Proficiency with Epic charting system required \n • Wisconsin license required \n • Holiday rotation as needed \n • Business attire required \n • Traveler must reside 50 miles outside of the facility \n Facility: \n This facility is a comprehensive acute care hospital providing a wide range of inpatient services across multiple units including Med Surg and Critical Care.
