Clinical Excellence & Protocol: Provide direct nursing care in strict accordance with hospital policies, accurately executing both physician and nursing orders. Care Management & Monitoring: Implement and manage comprehensive patient care plans, closely tracking, documenting, and communicating vital shifts in patient condition. Interdisciplinary Coordination: Act as the central point of contact across medical disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care and seamless, safe discharge planning. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
