Assistant Cook: Food Prep, Baking & Kitchen Lead

Shaker Place Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a cook to assist in food preparation and take charge of the kitchen in the cook's absence. The role involves regular cooking duties and supervision of Food Service Helpers as needed, under general supervision. Responsibilities include cooking a variety of dishes, baking pastries, safe food storage, and keeping simple records.
