Parts Coordinator
VIVE Collision
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ordering, receiving, processing, and monitoring parts throughout the repair process. Working closely with the General Manager, Estimators, and Technicians for issues that are parts-related within the shop. Job Requirements Order parts from vendors and dealerships based on estimates and supplements Communicate with estimators regarding part availability, delivery, delays, etc. Monitor Deliveries and track parts status. Communicate with vendors on status if needed Drive parts related KPI’s All other duties assigned Skills and Qualifications 3 years parts experience preferred Experience working at a collision repair center in a parts capacity Strong knowledge of automotive parts Ability to effectively communicate with others Ability to read and understand basic instructions, written estimates, and work orders Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments #J-18808-Ljbffr VIVE Collision
