Process Engineering Technician

Our client, a leader in the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations and new product introduction (NPI) activities. The ideal candidate has experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, thrives in a cleanroom environment, and is passionate about continuous improvement, quality, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Independently run production lots while ensuring quality and process compliance. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot die attach programs and dispense patterns. Monitor production schedules and manufacturing priorities to support operational goals. Perform critical process measurements Troubleshoot equipment and process‑related issues to minimize downtime. Support product disposition activities and root cause investigations. Create and maintain process documentation, reports, and build records. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and yield enhancement. Serve as a technical resource between engineering and manufacturing teams. Train and support production operators on equipment and process best practices. Support advanced packaging initiatives Contribute to Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve overall line performance. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of technician experience, including equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, or manufacturing support. Ability to work in a semiconductor cleanroom environment while wearing required protective equipment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree or higher in a STEM‑related discipline. Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Experience supporting advanced manufacturing or production equipment. $22/hr to $31/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
