Direct Sales Representative

In this role, you’ll be the friendly face helping customers understand and choose financial products that fit their needs – all while earning great pay and growing your sales skills! What You’ll Do: Greet and engage customers in a positive, approachable way. Explain the features and benefits of various financial products clearly and confidently. Listen carefully to customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions. Hit your sales goals and help build strong relationships between customers and our trusted client brands. Work closely with store teams to create a smooth customer experience. Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information at all times. What We Offer: Flexible scheduling – we have shifts Monday through Sunday from 9am to 9pm. Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission, so your hard work really pays off. Previous sales or customer service experience is great but not required – attitude matters most! A valid driver's license is a bonus but not essential. Friendly and outgoing personality. Willingness to undergo background checks. Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required. Driver’s license is an asset but not mandatory.
