Atlanta District Contractor Site Supervisor

Overview Minimum Clearance Required : None. Public Trust clearance is required and must be obtainable. Location : Atlanta, GA (Peachtree City, GA facilities). Schedule : Full-Time, Day shift. Travel : 25% of the time. Potential for Remote Work : ORA_ON_SITE. The SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team seeks an experienced ATC supervisory candidate to serve as a Full-time Contractor Site Supervisor (CSS) providing air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) at the Atlanta District. Responsibilities Manage overall delivery of contract training and training support at the facility. Communicate effectively with FAA and contract personnel. Execute the CTS contract and perform performance and financial management of human and budgetary resources. Assist with the development of training plans and the development and maintenance of training material. Conduct training, support training administration, and maintain the highest quality standards throughout the operation. Provide timely and effective training for ATC personnel, employing strong teaching/platform and classroom management techniques. Required Skills Minimum of five (5) years recent Certified Professional Controller (CPC) experience controlling live traffic, or recent experience as a contract Instructor at an FAA facility at a similar level facility. US Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Skills ATC “Area Knowledge” and experience in the Atlanta District (Terminal) is strongly desired. Curriculum development experience. Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory or managerial experience preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
