Forest Heights Country Club Statesboro, GA Job Title: Lifeguard Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour Employment Type: Seasonal / Part-Time Position Summary Forest Heights Country Club is seeking responsible, attentive, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and their guests at the pool facility. Key Responsibilities Monitor pool area to ensure the safety of all members and guests Enforce pool rules and regulations in a professional and courteous manner Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing water rescues and administering first aid/CPR when necessary Maintain a clean and organized pool deck, including arranging furniture and removing debris Conduct routine safety checks of pool equipment and report any issues to management Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross or equivalent) required CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required Strong swimming skills and physical fitness Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required Work Schedule Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays Seasonal position (spring/summer months) Benefits Positive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a premier private club setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Forest Heights Country Club
