LVN Novice Nurse

Role: Novice Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) in a full-time training program designed for new graduates or those with less than one year of experience. Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Administering medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness, and documenting progress Responding to changes in patient condition and reporting to supervisors or physicians Collaborating and documenting care coordination with healthcare team Ensuring safety and proper functioning of the environment and equipment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active LPN/LVN license Current CPR certification PPD or chest X-ray if applicable Training Program & Support: Provides hands-on, one-on-one patient care experience in home settings with mentorship from experienced nurses, focusing on direct patient care, vent/trach/g-tube management, and critical thinking skills. 24/7 clinical support available.
