Your Role as a BCBA Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans. Supervise and mentor RBTs, BTs, and ABATs to ensure fidelity of ABA interventions. Provide direct therapy sessions when needed. Train caregivers, families, and staff in behavior management strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes. Ensure compliance with BACB/ QBA standards and North Carolina regulations. Qualifications Current BCBA/ QBA certification (At least 2yrs relevant experience required). Master's degree in applied Behavior Analyst / Qualifies Behavior Analyst, Psychology, Education, or related field. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
