Own the end-to-end user journey for CNN Underscored Lead the end-to-end experience and user lifecycle of Underscored Conduct continuous qualitative and quantitative research to identify friction points Partner closely with Design, UX Research, Engineering, and Editorial leads Define core performance metrics balancing business goals with user utility Generate product briefs, user stories, and documentation to drive alignment Lead the execution of an MVP and evolve it iteratively based on user and business needs Requirements 8+ years of consumer-facing product management experience Experience leading complex and ambiguous customer problems in shopping, commerce, decision-making or loyalty Demonstrated experience of taking a product or major business line through the full lifecycle Deep expertise in user research, persona development, and Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) frameworks Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with stakeholders Experience with editorial partners and curiosity about content, formats, and storytelling Demonstrates expertise in managing the end-to-end user journey and lifecycle for consumer-facing products, with a strong focus on user research, performance metrics, and iterative product development.
