Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve deli products, including meats, cheeses, and prepared foods.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their selections.
• Maintain a clean and organized deli display case.
• Restock deli items as needed and assist with inventory management.
• Operate deli equipment, including slicers and scales, safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and promote specials.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
