Job Summary: 

The temporary Media Partnerships Associate Manager plays a key role in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through the management of strategic media partnerships and integrated marketing campaigns. This individual will develop, and manage high-impact collaborations with media organizations, publishers, and brand partners to support Collette’s growth objectives. 

This role requires creative thinking, strong analytical skills, and expertise in relationship management, media strategy, campaign execution, and performance analysis. It also includes reviewing media rates, added-value opportunities, and campaign deliverables to help maximize ROI.

Primary Functions: 

Partnership Strategy & Development 

• Evaluate new media partnership opportunities aligned with Collette’s target audience and growth goals 
• Develop strategic recommendations for upper-funnel and performance-driven campaigns 
• Partner with the Co-op Marketing team to identify, recommend, and support media opportunities 
• Negotiate media rates, added value opportunities, and campaign deliverables to maximize ROI 

Campaign Management & Execution 

• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across channels including digital, audio, print, TV 
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, digital, project management) to ensure seamless campaign activation 
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and partner communication to ensure campaigns launch on schedule 

Relationship Management 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key media partners 
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and incremental opportunities 
• Participate in regular check-ins, planning sessions, and post-campaign reviews with partners 

Performance Tracking & Optimization 

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on learnings 
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and leadership 

Budget & Reporting 

• Track and report on monthly campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI 
• Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams 
• Review, process, and track partner invoices to ensure accuracy, timely payment, and alignment with contracted terms 
• Provide regular reporting and performance insights for Co-op marketing initiatives, helping stakeholders understand campaign effectiveness and optimize future opportunities 

Knowledge & Skills:

• 3- 5 years proven experience in media or marketing partners management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of travel industry dynamics and stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with digital media, social platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills. 
• Degree preferred; however comparable experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Embraces a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning, actively exploring and leveraging AI and other emerging technologies to improve processes, elevate content, and drive efficiency across the organization.

Pay range is $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
