As a Dishwasher, you'll help keep our fast-paced kitchen running smoothly while working alongside a talented culinary team in a dynamic, high-energy environment.What You'll DoMaintain clean, sanitized dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.Keep dishwashing, prep, and kitchen areas organized, clean, and well stocked.Support overall kitchen cleanliness through routine sweeping, mopping, and sanitation tasks.Assist with basic food preparation and support the culinary team as needed.Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a dishwasher, steward, or similar kitchen support role preferred.Basic understanding of kitchen operations and food service environments.Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the workplace.Why Wally's?At Wally’s, we are passionate about delivering world-class hospitality, exceptional food and beverage experiences, and outstanding service.
