Your Day-to-Day Adventures Will Include Team Spirit: Collaborate with an amazing mental health team while overseeing the psychiatric care of your own caseload of clients. Client Connections: Conduct evaluations and manage your clients through engaging direct care encounters. You’ll prescribe medications, order labs, and provide essential education to clients and families. Documentation Dynamo: Keep our records in tip-top shape by completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within 24 hours. Your attention to detail will help us maintain our high standards! Care Continuity Champion: Connect with other providers to gather important client histories and ensure smooth transitions during admissions and discharges. Team Meetings & Training: Attend fun and informative treatment team meetings and training sessions to keep your skills sharp and your knowledge fresh. Communication Wizard: Maintain excellent communication with your clinical team, outpatient providers, and family members to create a supportive environment for our clients. What Makes You a Great Fit What you will bring: Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution required. Licensure: Licensed & Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice. DEA License: Current DEA license is required. Experience: A minimum of at least three 3-5 years of Psych. NP practice experience and working with adolescents & young adults required. Preferred Experience: Experience working with clients in a residential or psychiatric treatment setting is strongly preferred. Salary range for this role is $165,000k - $185,000k, based on years of practice experience and education. We are committed to providing competitive and equitable compensation.
